I’m always up for trying new breakfast and brunch recipes, especially things that are really tasty but that I can easily whip up in the morning without having to spend an hour slaving over the stove. This is just a spin on classic scrambled eggs; pepping them up with the addition of creamy goats cheese and chives. I love scrambled eggs anyway, the added cheese and herbs were lovely, and the whole thing was ready in about 10 minutes, so it pretty much fulfilled everything I want from a breakfast. I served mine with some nice granary toast and roasted tomatoes and it was super yummy. Will make again.
